Hereby the following nation scholarships are announced for autumn 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n The scholarships will be announced later in the semester. They will be announced here and on the nation’s bulletin boards.\u00a0<\/p>\n Please contact the First Curator<\/a> for more information. For information regarding collection of scholarship funds, please contact the deputy Treasurer<\/a>.<\/p>\n __________________________________<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Nation\u2019s First Curator<\/a>\u00a0is in charge of question regarding the nation\u2019s scholarship. For questions regarding scholarship payments, please contact the Nation\u2019s deputy treasurer<\/a>. How do I apply for scholarships?<\/strong> Scholarships administered by the University are applied to according to\u00a0the University\u2019s scholarship office\u2019s<\/a> instructions. The Nation\u2019s scholarships are applied to by handing in a correctly filled in\u00a0scholarship application form\u00a0with the right enclosures to the Nation\u2019s First Curator. If the application is handed in when the office is not open (e.g in the letterbox outside the Curators\u2019 office or by post), mark the envelope with the application \u201cFirst Curator, Scholarship application\u201d. Incomplete applications, or wrongly filled out applications will not be taking into consideration. What is to be enclosed to the scholarship application?<\/strong><\/p>\n For some scholarships it is necessary to enclose more enclosures to your scholarship application:<\/p>\n If you\u2019re missing the correct or necessary enclosures your application will not be taken into consideration. If special reasons doesn\u2019t occur, you will not be able to complement your scholarship application after the application deadline. Attestation<\/strong> All enclosures that are copies should be attested by two people with name, signature and phone numbers. Attestation should be written on all pages of an enclosure to prove the document\u2019s validity. If an enclosure has a control code or an original signature (ex. Study results with a control code from Ladok), attestation is not needed. Incorrect information in the application may result in the repayment of grants and in some cases criminal liability.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How do I monitor my scholarship? <\/strong> If you\u2019ve been granted a scholarship from the nation it is necessary to monitor your scholarship each semester, to be able to keep the scholarships for more semesters than one. How long you can monitor your scholarship is stated in the announcement of the scholarship. If you don\u2019t monitor your scholarship, it will be re-announced. The monitoring of your scholarship should be left with the Nation\u2019s First Curator at the latest 15th<\/sup> of February<\/strong> in the spring and 15th<\/sup> of September<\/strong> in the fall.<\/p>\n To monitor your scholarship you hand in the following forms and enclosures: <\/strong><\/p>\n The same rules for attestation apply for monitoring of a scholarship as for the application for a scholarship. If special reasons doesn\u2019t occur, you will not be able to complement your monitoring application after the application deadline.<\/p>\n What amount is my scholarship?<\/strong> The amount can in general be found in the announcement. For information about the current amount of the scholarships and funds administered by the Nation you can contact First Curator <\/a>or Assistant Treasurer<\/a>.<\/p>\n When do I receive the money?<\/strong> Payment of rewards and scholarships administered by the Nation is managed by the Nation\u2019s Assistant Treasurer. Usually, payment of both monitored and newly awarded scholarships is done within a month after the awarding occassion. The Scholarship committee usually makes decisions concerning scholarship monitoring in October (fall) and March (spring) and concerning scholarship applications in November December (autumn term) and May (spring term). Payments of scholarships administered by the University is managed by the University\u2019s scholarship office and it can provide further information concerning dates. Usually the awarding decisions are done in December (fall) and May (spring).<\/p>\n How many scholarships can I hold at the same time?<\/strong> A maximum of two scholarships administered by the Nation can be held at the same time. If you are awarded more than two you must choose to renounce one of them. This choice can for example depend on the length of the scholarship or amount, which may cause you to prefer one scholarship to another one. The renounced sholarship will be awarded another applicant, if any, or is anounced next term as an extra scholarship (lump sum). The University\u2019s scholarship office applies a scholarship cap, i.e. a maximum sum per term. On the scholarship office\u2019s web page more information about the scholarship cap can be found.<\/p>\n Which scholarships are available?<\/strong> Nation scholarships administered by the University or by the Nation that can be applied for are listed in\u00a0Stipendiehandboken<\/a>\u00a0(\u201cThe scholarship handbook\u201d, not available in English yet).
